The Joint Commission Awards PRIDE Health with the Health Care Staffing Services Certification

New York, NY – November 2018 – PRIDE Health announced that it has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for the Health Care Staffing Services Certification this November at its New York City headquarters. The certification demonstrates PRIDE Health’s commitment to providing qualified and competent healthcare professionals to organizations across the industry.

After undergoing a rigorous onsite review on November 19 and 20, PRIDE Health was evaluated by Joint Commission experts who assessed its compliance with national standards that measure how health care staffing firms determine the qualifications and competency of staff, the placement of staff, and how it monitors overall performance. All certified healthcare staffing organizations are required to collect data on its own performances.

Healthcare staffing firms place temporary candidates in organizations that direct or provide patient care. Established in October 2004, the Health Care Staffing Services Certification—awarded to organizations for a two-year period—offers an independent and comprehensive evaluation of a staffing firm’s abilities to provide competent staffing services.
