Bhavin Shah received his Bachelor of Economics degree from Queens College and joined PRIDE Health as a Recruiter in April 2013; he was promoted to Director of the Contract Recruitment team in August 2016. With over eight years of recruitment and staffing experience within the healthcare sector under his belt, Bhavin, along with his team, focus on the recruitment of nursing, allied health, and social service roles. His mission is to provide the best recruiting experience for the client and the candidate by partnering with thriving, socially and ethically responsible stakeholders that share a similar goal. Outside of recruiting, Bhavin enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls, traveling, barbecuing, and being an amateur mixologist. Furthermore, he is a proud veteran of the United States Army, having served two tours in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Joshua Albucker brings nearly 20 years of healthcare recruitment experience to PRIDE Health where he manages the day to day operations of the Direct Hire Recruitment team after being with the company since its inception in 2010. With a focus on the recruitment of clinical and non-clinical professionals across the healthcare gambit, Joshua and his team concentrate on nursing, nursing leadership, advance practitioners, administration, and executive leadership roles. His professional mission is to foster a level of partnership, respect, and trust with everyone he interacts with. Outside of his profession, he looks forward to spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Melissa Haber graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Marketing and has worked in the staffing industry for over 15 years. She prides herself on being able to cultivate meaningful and long-lasting client relationships, along with having the ability to truly connect with and understand her candidates to guide them through the recruitment process. Melissa joined the PRIDE Health team in 2015 where she is currently the Associate Director of Laboratory and Pharmacy Recruitment. Her core clients include pharmaceutical companies, bio-pharmaceutical companies, large hospital systems, and pharmacy benefit management companies. It is her professional mission to ensure her clients and candidates have an authentic and quality experience, all while continuing to forge meaningful connections in the industry.
Brandi Vansickle attended Indiana State University in Terre Haute, IN—the state where she was born and raised. She is currently a Recruitment Manager for PRIDE Health’s Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia markets. Brandi started her recruitment career in 2004. She’s been recruiting for Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives and has been directing the recruitment of RNs, LPNs, and NPs in the D.C. market since 2009 where she placed nurses with clients in per diem, local, and nationwide travel contract opportunities. As a Recruitment Manager for PRIDE Health, Brandi is dedicated to ensuring her clients have the healthcare professionals they need to provide continuity of care, regardless of staff shortages, census fluctuations, and other challenges. Her professional mission is to provide an exceptional recruitment service to both clients and candidates founded on the principles of achieving the highest possible standards in all that she does. Outside of her profession, Brandi enjoys traveling, working out, spending time with friends and family, and cooking. She is looking forward to successfully growing the D.C. market into PRIDE Health’s newest branch.
Chanell Leach received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and is currently the Director of Healthcare Strategic Accounts at PRIDE Health in Minneapolis, MN. She has eight years of experience working in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, both professionally and educationally. In 2015, Chanell opened the Minneapolis PRIDE Health office where she and her team specialize in Nursing and Allied Health Strategic Accounts. Since the opening of the office, she has also implemented a centralized remote recruitment team and is in the process of opening new branches across the country. Her professional mission is to deliver quality stakeholder experiences; develop and improve robust recruiting and compliance processes; and foster authentic and meaningful relationships within the industry. Outside of her profession, she enjoys learning, exercising, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Tim Tobin, President of PRIDE Health, attended Binghamton University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In his role, Tim is responsible for business development, strategic client relationships, and building an unparalleled brand by utilizing his personal and professional associations to promptly identify qualified candidates and unique opportunities for the brand’s clients. He has a proven track record of successful matches across all levels of experience in Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, Sales and Marketing, Procurement, Administrative, Legal, and Technology. His philosophy on building a successful brand within search is by providing exceptional service to both sets of clients—whether it be the prospective employer or the job seeker. In doing so, Tim has secured a sterling presence and reputation in the industry and prides himself on the fact that referrals are his number one source of new business. In addition to his role at PRIDE Health, Tim is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of the recruiting agency, Russell Tobin. He was also instrumental in the origin and growth of The Tuttle Agency for over 10 years before co-founding the Russell Tobin brand. He enjoys building new relationships and strengthening existing ones, advising clients and candidates, as well as supporting his own team in their own professional and personal growth. Outside of recruiting life, Tim is an avid sports fan and a former competitive swimmer. He resides in New Rochelle, NY, with his wife, Juliet, and his three children, Paige, TJ, and Piper.
